Things to know:
- Extra charge for set up on hard surfaces
- Delivery vehicle must be able pull up within 15 ft. to area where tent will be placed
- Set up times are coordinated with our customers, usually in the evening to fit their schedules
- Permits are the responsibility of the customer unless noted otherwise
- Area should be free of anything prohibitive to installation of rental items
- We are not responsible for any damage as a result of installation/strike of rental items
- Tents are temporary shelters: not guaranteed to be water proof, and should be evacuated during severe weather
Cancellation & Deposit policy:
Deposit is typically the great of $100 or 25% invoice total rounded
Deposits are non-refundable
Balance due at or before set up

We accept cash and most major credit cards for residential customers. Commercial customers please contact us for your payment solutions.
